Is cancellation insurance offered? No, cancellation insurance is not offered by Chaska Tours. The insurance conditions in Colombia are inadequate and too expensive. For this reason, it is recommended to take out cancellation insurance from an insurance provider in your home country. There are several reasons why we generally advise against rental car trips in Colombia and unfortunately do not organize them: 1. Traffic situation:Colombia has a challenging traffic situation, especially in urban areas. Traffic can often be hectic and chaotic, and road conditions can vary significantly from region to region. This can be stressful and dangerous for foreign travelers who are unfamiliar with local traffic conditions. 2. Road Conditions: The quality of roads and highways varies greatly in Colombia.
