- The tour requires a minimum of 2 participants. For small groups (2–3 participants), activities are conducted with local bilingual guides. For larger groups (4 or more participants), a permanent guide will accompany the tour.
- The official registration deadline ends 6 weeks before the start date. After this period, registrations are only possible upon request.
- The itinerary and the order of activities may vary depending on weather conditions, group preferences, flight schedules, and other unforeseen circumstances. During the closure of Tayrona National Park, the Tayronaka Reserve will be visited instead.
- No hotel reservations are made in advance for this tour. Once we receive a booking, we secure allocations in the designated hotels. Depending on availability, we generally use trusted accommodations in each destination.
- Pre- and post-tour extension programs can be arranged upon individual request.
