The tour requires a minimum of 2 participants. For small groups (2–3 participants), activities are operated with local bilingual guides. For larger groups (4 or more participants), the tour is accompanied by a permanent bilingual tour leader.

The official registration deadline is 6 weeks before the departure date. After this period, bookings are only possible upon request.

The itinerary and order of activities may vary depending on weather conditions, group preferences, flight schedules, and other unforeseen circumstances, and may be adjusted at short notice (during the Tayrona National Park closure period, the Tayronaka Reserve will be visited instead).
