At Chaska Tours, we firmly believe in the importance of building a strong team, strengthening relationships, and creating spaces that allow us to continue growing as a company. That’s why every year we hold our in-person meeting—a key moment to connect, reflect, and look ahead to the future.
This time, we chose San Agustín, Huila, where we spent three days immersed in work and learning. Throughout these days, we had the opportunity to analyze our processes, recognize our achievements, and at the same time identify areas for improvement that drive us to continue offering an even better service.

One of the most valuable aspects of this gathering was the opportunity to bring the entire team together. Not only did office staff participate, but also those who, in different roles, are an essential part of Chaska Tours. Through a team-building activity, we created a space for interaction, connection, and recognition, where relationships were strengthened and an atmosphere of camaraderie and positive energy was clearly felt.
In addition to the work sessions, there were also moments to connect on a more personal level, helping to strengthen trust and communication among all team members. These experiences are essential for building an organizational culture based on respect, collaboration, and commitment.
To close the meeting, on the third day we held a farewell dinner. It was a special moment in which we gathered in a relaxed setting, expressed our appreciation for each person’s efforts, and said goodbye to those colleagues who are not part of the office team but are a key part of our daily operations.

Without a doubt, this annual meeting reaffirms our commitment as a team and motivates us to continue working with dedication, improving every day, and creating memorable experiences for our travelers. At Chaska Tours, we remain convinced that teamwork is the foundation for achieving great results.
