It's marvelous to know that this festival, called "Historia y Sabor," takes place every last Friday of the month, gathering gastronomy and culture lovers in the heart of the colonial district "La Calle de La Locería." Local restaurants have the opportunity to showcase the authenticity of their dishes, based on rural knowledge and regional products, which undoubtedly promises a magical culinary experience. But the festival goes beyond food. With craft exhibitions, dance, theater, and music, it offers a comprehensive experience that enriches the soul and connects people with the traditions and roots of the region.
